Maryann Croce is a speaker as well as a business owner. She and her husband Tony have owned Croce’s Transmission Specialists, an award-winning auto repair business in Norwalk, CT since 1999.

With Maryann’s extensive corporate background in banking, management and customer service, she complements Tony’s years of technical training and experience.

Maryann’s unique insight on the business owner mindset journey comes from her years of experience of being in the trenches. Her story and lessons learned have inspired her to speak on leadership, building relationships and business growth in order to best serve customers, community and find fulfillment.

Feeling so blessed to have such a caring team, Maryann attributes her involvement in industry and business associations, business groups, and mentors, to personal and professional development. Maryann considers herself a life-long learner who uses her speaking opportunities as ways to share and help others succeed.
